We want our employees to stay with us for the long-term and a great deal of thought & effort goes into cultivating an innovative & unique relationship with our people.
A home needs to be aesthetically pleasing in a conducive living environment, with all the necessary amenities for a comforable existence. From places of worship, clinics, kindergartens, crèches, club houses as well as recreational and sports facilities, we have transformed many of our housing estates into self-contained communities.
Having provided the facilities, we continue to keep a watchful eye on their upkeep, upgrading them as and when the need arises. Our Sustainability Team has been given the task of looking into the welfare aspects of our employees as part of its OSH programme, together with the Human Resource Department.
